Our colleagues in this group have more than 15 years of experience in implementing industrial automation projects. Our view at Electro Houshmand Dimand company has always been to implement new automation solutions in various automation pyramids for our customers, and in line with this goal, we have especially turned to implementing ERP-MES-SCADA-PLC-Field systems.
About the project
Pasteurization is a heat process used to cultivate and destroy microorganisms in food. This process is also known as hot vacuum and is used in most food industries to increase shelf life and improve food safety. Industrial automation plays a significant role in pasteurization. Using control systems and precise instruments, the pasteurization process is monitored automatically and accurately. Automatic control systems prevent unwanted changes in process conditions and maintain food quality and safety. Using regulators, temperature, pressure, time and level control systems, the activities of the pasteurization process are automatically controlled and the proper quality of the food is guaranteed. Also, by using monitoring and surveillance systems, the performance of the devices is monitored and if necessary, corrections are made.
